Mirror, mirror, on the wall…time to break the habit once and for all! Loved this fresh perspective, Haritosh! The mirror might show the face, but recording reveals the impact—thanks for the pro tip on connecting with the audience instead of our reflections! 📹 Excited to put this into practice and leave the mirror behind!

Totally agree with you Haritosh-ji … looking at a mirror & practicing your speech just makes you focus on your own self & how you are feeling instead of focusing on how you are going to make your audience feel through your speech. Recording your speeches is a good option as you can replay your recording & work minutely on whether your voice & body language are matching the content of your speech & how will the audience feel when they look at you & hear you speak…a lot of good public speakers world-wide absolutely advocate this method especially while practicing for keynote speeches. Thank you for this very informative share & always looking forward to reading such thoughts blog-articles from you 😊
